Which leaves the horse with more energy in the morning: going to bed with less than 20%, or going to bed after 22:00?
it depends on how much energy's left, and at what time you put him to bed... and also it depends on the weather, if you have a blanket or not, if you put the horse in pasture or box... for example : horse put to bed in pasture, with temperature over 10°C energy left = 18% => energy next morning = 87% time = 22.30 => energy next morning = 91%

Should I train all riding lessons (trot, gallop, and steep slope) before I compete? Should I do the training along with the rides and be building my stamina, speed, dressage, gallop, trot, & jumping at the same time? Or do I focus on 'lessons', then 'training', then competition? Is there an order that works best for all breeds, or most?
There is no order, you just have to do all the training, all the rides and enough competitions to raise your horse skills to the maximum.
