Unicorns now exist on howrse from february 1st !

Here is the unicorn appeared in sylvestrix production,
and here the unicorn appeared in CraXoR production, now sold to rubbery.

Unicorns at birth have a horn on their head,
and a special bonus :
■ Dressage: +6 %

We haven't seen a baby foal coming from unicorns parents of different breeds yet... I found a post from zepharo on the breeding forum :
"I asked Logow and she said that you can cross breed and still get a Uni-foal as long as both parents are Uni's."

How to get a baby unicorn

■ You must breed 2 unicorns (with a horn)
■ The unicorns parents must have same breed
■ The covering must be accepted by the mare
at 6h23 am or 6h23 pm GMT
(you have one minute to accept the covering)
■ You will only have a 1/6 chance of producing a Babycowrn, for each covering done at the right time. The other 5/6 will produce a normal Howrse foal

On howrse, you have two possibilities during 24 hours to breed unicorns:

[6.23 am GMT]

and

[6.23 pm GMT]

GMT Time is a time reference, you can see it on top of all the pages, on the left.

your Local Time (depending on where you live in the world)
is displayed above the GMT time (it is the time in the country you chose in your personal informations)

To find you Time Zone you can go to this website :

Click on your country map, and look for your country in the list.
Note your Time Zone.

If your Time Zone is for example GMT - 5 you have to take 5h from the GMT time to get your Local Time

BEWARE : In some countries, time changes for summer...
Daylight-Saving Time : USA and Canada march 9th => Nov 2nd
Summer Time : Europe march 30th => oct 26th
Daylight-Saving Time : Australia dec 1st => march 25th

Examples :
if your Time Zone is : GMT - 4 (like New York in D-S Time))
your Local Breeding Time is : 6:23 - 4:00 = 2:23 am and pm

if your Time Zone is : GMT + 9 (like Australia West / Daylight saving time)
your Local Breeding Time is : 6:23 + 9:00 = 3:23 am and pm
(you have to take 12:00 off, when the time is over 12:00)
